Delivered talent management programs, performance management processes, leadership development strategies and ground-breaking culture change programs. These initiatives contributed to a 400% increase in revenue, productivity improvements with C1 costs falling year-on-year and improved safety performance.

As practice leader at consulting firm AON (50,000 employees, $17bn revenues, NYSE listed) my projects included a new approach to restructuring at the Royal Bank of Scotland, introducing performance management at oil giant Aramco, leadership assessments and succession planning for IBM, developing leadership competencies and talent programs at EON, managing the people integration of Pernod Ricard's newly acquired businesses, coaching and team building for Aviva’s executive and culture change programs at American Express.

At Barclays Bank (85,000 employees, $32bn revenues, FTSE listed), I led the development and implementation of Barclays’ first people strategy with a focus on culture, talent and engagement. The strategy resulted in a 50% increase in ready-now successors for critical roles, improved leadership and management capability and improved employee engagement.
