I like helping organizations plan and execute big changes for their workforce. With over 15 years of experience in retail and consumer goods, I am a seasoned leader who specializes in global transformations, post merger integration, and new product launches in the luxury goods space. I have a proven track record of delivering results, managing change, and building relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.Most recently, I led the execution of global launch initiatives for the complexion category at Too Faced Cosmetics, a recently acquired brand by The Estée Lauder Companies. I ensured that the costs and inventory management objectives were met, while maintaining the brand identity and vision. Previously, I was the Executive Director of the New Brand Empowerment Group, where I collaborated with other acquired brands (DECIEM, Dr.Jart+) throughout the integration process, developing and implementing cross functional integration plans that fostered empowerment, innovation, and culture improvement. Before joining ELC, I supported the deployment of a machine learning customer analytics program at Formation, a start-up that was acquired by BCG, and co-authored the deployment methodology for their AI platform. I am passionate about working on challenging, ambiguous projects that change the way people work. I have a strong background in management consulting, having spent nine years at Accenture, where I gained broad functional experience and honed my skills in corporate strategy, customer engagement, and project management.
