High touch, high involvement, 1:1 coaching. Each client relationship is a minimum of 6 months and usually last 18-24 months.

-Assisted in defining the physical elements of the production within the constraints oftime, labor, budget, and organizational policies-Aided in the direction of the technical production process and maintained up- to-date records and documents of the physical production using word processing andother programs/forms-Estimated the type and quantity of materials and the time needed to complete thebuild for specific scenic elements as designated by the Technical Director-Presented cost estimates at production meetings, worked with the production teamto define an approved budget and develop labor/time estimates for build, load-in, run crews, and strike, and managed delivery and transportation of all materials

-Aided with planning and coordination of stage logistics in all venues, including loadin/load out schedules-Assisted production staff in all concert production activities as assigned, includingoperation of lighting and sound equipment when no local stage crew is available -Managed and oversaw offstage environment during rehearsals and concerts toensure safety and security-Attended periodic production meetings, and maintained good communication andworking relationships with all staff-Loaded, unloaded, and transported equipment to a from all venues

The first Taliesin Fest, in the spring of 2012, was an opportunity for progressive-minded people to come together and enjoy a full day and night of music. But, at heart, it was also the start of a much larger and more ambitious project that has grown to encompass a vision of building community on a grassroots level, through free thought, artistic expression, and an open-minded approach to fostering cooperation and positive change, socially, environmentally, and technologically. Simply put, Taliesin Fest embodies a belief in the power of individuals working, thinking, and imagining collaboratively to create transformative initiatives that benefit the greater good, locally, nationally, and, in time, globally.
