Because of staying away from my family I rarely had chance to eat homemade food and while in engineering I gradually started putting on weight because of my unhealthy lifestyle. This became worse when I joined my first job in IT. I started gaining weight again because of a sedentary lifestyle.I should be approx 58-59 kgs as per my ideal BMI but I was 81 kgs in the 2013-14 time frame.Tried multiple ways liking joining gym, going jogging early morning, and following some fad diet as well. Nothing worked out as per my expectations.
