I am a passionate Nurse Expert who is highly motivated to educate and empower Nurse Business Owners and Entrepreneurs. I help them ”find that power within themselves” to take control of their personal and professional life and excel to seven figures. Now, why am I so passionate about this?  A few years ago, life changed for my husband and I. While on vacation, we where involved as passenger in a car accident. Then due to constant pain, my life was never the same. I tried to ignore the pain. Working would keep my mind off it. I continued to work as a local traveling nurse as I needed an income. I always put the needs of my patients and employer before myself as that is what I knew to do. Then COVID hit and I was given a layoff notice. Nursing was my life purpose. I have been a Registered Nurse for over twenty years. Over half of it was as a Nurse Educator/Instructor with my Masters in Nursing Education. I was devastated as this job was my dream nursing job. I was hoping to retire from it. Then a few days later, I was brainstorming about my present and future goals. I decided that being a Nurse Coach was my best choice. I resumed Coaching School (that I started a few months back) now that I was home for a while (due to COVID isolation). This would allow me to complete it more timely. As I was learning about coaching methodology one afternoon, we were reviewing and discussing about our personal priorities. This was a Aha moment for me. I determined that most of my adult career I was putting myself as last priority on the needs level and putting my job as number one. I suffered physically and mentally due to not taking my personal health as my main priority. This is why I developed a plan for myself by creating a “Michelle” and putting my emotional and physical needs first going forward. My coach mentor agreed with this plan. While I continued to work on myself my "I" grew stronger each day. I continued to learn and implement new processes. This helped me to get my life from a state of Disorder to Order. In reviewing a few different areas of interest in coaching I continued to come back to Nursing Empowerment Coaching. This was ultimately my passion and what I was the expert in.
