I am a registered psychologist who has extensive experience in HR Consulting and Counselling. With a history of working within corporate HR Consulting roles across various industries, as well as EAP and general counselling, I have a deep understanding of human behaviour and how it plays out across the life phases that we transition through.I am particularly interested in helping my clients to navigate through the challenges that life transitions present through the development of greater self-awareness and the use of psychologically-grounded and holistic strategies, to successful move through change in a supportive manner. I use a range of tools including CBT, ACT, Solution Focused Therapy and Schema Therapy.In addition, with my knowledge of the dynamics of working within the corporate sector, I am skilled in assisting my clients to work through career transitions, redundancies, workplace bullying and achieving greater work-life balance. I utilise coaching, counselling and assessment tools that are appropriate for each situation, and that focus on growth, development, and positive outcomes.
