DATA GOVERNANCE & DATA QUALITY. Worked mostly on the data governance and quality initiative for a consumer finance bank with the main tasks below: - Designed and rolled out data governance policies, framewwork, procedures and processes involving data quality, data change management and data ownership;- Implemented IBM Infosphere ICG for cataloging business measures, data dictionary and report inventory; - Implemented JIRA for seamless paperless approval process for report requests to BICC, tracking SLA and change management. This involves creating complex automation rules, workflows and customized fields and screens as per requirement; - Conducted workshops with client business stake holders, focused on driving adoption of data governance standards, processes and procedures.DATA ANALYTICS & DATA VISUALIZATION:- Analyzing and building reports, dashboards/scorecards for regional Operation teams (Market Segment, Customer Service, Marketing & Sales Performance, Social Network analytics, etc.);- Data mining for Customer Segmentation in various marketing campaigns;- Descriptive analytics, predictive analytics with the statistical techniques such as Linear and Logistic Regression, Clustering & Classification algorithms;- Supporting & consulting for data processing/data conversion using data in different formats and from various platforms for a wide range of requests.
