• Collaborating with internal team to consolidate requirements, understand business needs, write User Story, draw Wireframe and deliver projects in a timely manner• Create documents, workflows, wireframes to transfer the design team to support creating UI mockups• Transfer Dev and QC team in Grooming and Planning meeting to get story points• Working closely with development team and testing software releases• Support in testing, verifying bugs/issues• Provide timely support to business regarding system configurations, settings and workflow management, organize training for other teams when features are released• Support the operation, improvement and development of features on the ERP system• Manage accounts and revenue report on Power BI for partners• Build dashboards based on business requirements for internal departments• Export data as required by related departments• Communicate with related departments to collect and analyze requirements
