Since January 2024, alongside my role in the Tax & Business Advisory department, I have also supported the Chinese Desk by assisting with various tasks for Chinese clients. These tasks, conducted in Chinese, include:- Introducing and advising on services- Consulting on issues related to accounting, taxation, insurance, and human resources- Translating documents from Vietnamese to Chinese: Quotations, Contracts, Audit Reports, Tax Reports

Working in the Tax & Business Advisory department at Nexia STT marked a significant turning point in my career path. I still continue to perform tasks related to tax compliance, tax retainer, tax review, bookkeeping and payroll services, but with a focus on larger scale FDI enterprises and NGOs. Additionally, I have gained experience in new areas such as transfer pricing and tax review.

1) Responsible for multiple types of SMEs such as construction, commercial, manufacturing, and FDI companies,... (Peak time: Over 50 clients - 03/2022)- Research client's business activities to set up service processes- Advise clients on tax and accounting issues and provide solutions- Prepare and submit regular tax reports, investment progress reports, year-end financial statements, complete accounting books, and tax records using software- Assist clients in working with tax authorities, social insurance agencies, and other relevant government agencies- Perform related tasks such as:+ Invoice: Invoice issuance, cancellation, replacement, adjustment, purchase and registration of invoices+ Tax procedures: Contractor tax, Property rental tax, Personal income tax refund, Registration of tax identification number, Registration of dependent tax identification number, Tax calculation+ Insurance procedures: First-time participation in social insurance; Reporting of increase, decrease, adjustment of salaries, sick leave, maternity leave; Closing of records; Calculation of insurance premiums+ Human resources: Check and advise on labor contracts, build salary tables, check payroll+ Prepare documents for special tasks: Changing the Investment Registration Certificate or tax refunds2) Interview, train and directly guide interns to support my works (3/5 interns I guided have been offered to become full-time employees)3) Participate in building and proposing service process improvements for the company, building software instruction manuals, and customer care message templates4) Provide human resources services for Buckeeper, a brand of Noather Studio (USA): Use Quickbooks online software to perform bookkeeping services according to US law for 7 clients, write detailed procedure files for this task
