I lead the business analytics department and oversee the systems and analytics support for all business units and back office. My team is responsible for system implementation (process design and system configuration), process improvement through automation and workflow reporting, and management/production reporting.

• Led the technical and analytical support for five Managing General Underwriters in terms of operating systems, business tools, process automation, business intelligence and reporting• Assisted five other companies across the whole Commercial Insurance vertical (retailers, wholesalers, claims, reinsurances, insurance products) on operating systems, business processes and automation, and reporting• Support top management with their decision making by providing thorough analyses on different aspects of the business (e.g. policy underwriting, pricing, loss modeling, risk aggregation) in order to create executable action to improve business performance• Developed and maintained management dashboards for key performance indicators (KPIs)• Managed projects of different sizes such as system implementation, data migration, and developing rating engines, tracking systems, and automation tools which save human labor and minimize the chance of human error
