Tasks included, site analysis, site reconnaissance, research data on the demographic and history of the future Mantau/Belmont area of Philadelphia and producing graphics in AutoCAD, InDesign and Google Sketchup.- Created a design platform for the Better Philadelphia Challenge which focuses on what physical changes can be made in the Mantau/Belmont area of Philadelphia to encourage improved public health and activity for neighboring residents.- Performed site visits to collect data on both historical and present information around the Philadelphia area to assess what proposed plans can be made.

-Worked side by side with the property management office of 520 Madison Ave to ensure the daily maintenance of the building is adhered to via working closely with the different contractors and engineers that are certified to work on the building. -Upkeep lease and billing information of the 30-40 tenants ranging from high end retail to private corporations that rent out space within the building.-Completed projects under the property manager to ensure the aesthetic values that make up the building are well maintained and functioning properly.

-Travelled throughout New York City to observe physical activity within community based summer programs behalf of Nikes “Designed to Move” project and advocated for healthier lifestyle for youths ranging from ages 8 to 18. -Was assigned daily work locations to administer community based organization programs while coordinating with project directors and team members to assess programs throughout NYC using Survey Monkey and Google Maps to assess program efficiencies.
