I have undertaken a wide range of roles in Wealth Management and Retail Banking over my 37 year career. In current role since April 2020 and two key achievements have been:- Creation and delivery of an online client event in August 2020 on Financial Wellbeing and the importance of having a robust, cash flow modelled plan to accommodate longer life expectancies. This resulted in client referrals and material has been used to support to and generate more client lead flow.- Moved to newly created Client Director role April 2020, formed new team of advisers, working in fast paced change environment. Success has been in quickly building trusted team relationships, coaching them towards self-sufficiency, operating in a new COVID environment to achieve their personal and business objectives.Key achievements in previous roles:- Development and implementation of an advice process for additions into the back book to best meet clients needs. Resulted in better outcomes for circa 300 clients with complex portfolios and up to £45m new FUM.- Undertook additional responsibility for separate team, promoting departmental collaboration and support, ensuring the delivery of key product & proposition outputs in the fast paced project for successful SPW launch.
