Manage advanced technical support team of 15-20 technical specialist personnel tasked with designing, reviewing, and updating Gloveboxes and equipment for nuclear industry for MOX Fuel Fabrication Facility, constructed at Savannah River Site in Aiken, SC. Conduct staff appraisals to ensure performance against specific goals. Lead Condition Report investigations and develop corrective action plans, resolving any issues that occur during fabrication or installation. Review supplier requests, supplier submittals, non-conformance reports, engineering changes, and other documentation.
