I am a VP Customer Experience at Upland Altify, a leading provider of sales performance and revenue optimization solutions. With over 20 years of experience in enterprise sales transformation, I have a passion for helping organizations sell smarter and manage better.I lead a global team of sales consultants, customer success managers, support engineers, and renewal specialists, who are responsible for driving customer adoption, retention, and growth, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. I have a BA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Vermont and multiple certifications in sales insights and enablement.
