Helped the Town of Danvers attain a AAA rating from Standard & Poor's through the development of financial policies, forecasting and reporting. Managed financial affairs of the Town and served under the direction of the Town Manager as the chief financial adviser to the Town Manager, Board of Selectmen, Finance Committee, and town and school department heads regarding financial forecasting strategies, plans, and management.
