As a first-generation college graduate, I understand the importance of “the student experience” and how it sets the tone for student success. After 15+ years leading multiple college/university dining programs, I continue to evolve my restaurant operations with that experience in mind. I am currently a Resident District Manager with Aramark and lead a complex district made up of residential, retail, catering, athletic, and K-12 locations. Strategically, I position my organization to be a cornerstone of both the recruitment and retention process, while helping drive growth for the university and my district.Prior to this position, my managed volume has steadily increased through the years. From small to large accounts, I have been able to build lasting client relationships, while driving student satisfaction. During my tenure, I have elevated dining programs while working to achieve optimal financial results for all. My success is in large part due to my ability to build great teams and being able to work with some amazing colleagues.I am very passionate about dining and creating programs that surpass my client expectations. As my career continues, my restaurants will keep infusing local/sustainable products into our service offerings. I’m determined to drive innovation and look around the corner at what is next.
