Responsibilities include Human Resources, Financial, Facilities and Operations Management for a 28 attorney law firm. I'm actively involved with the firm's Practice Management Committee, which addresses firm issues such as strategic planning, marketing, policy review and community involvement.

Responsible for all general ledger functions including reporting, budgeting, trend analysis and review. Responsible for oversight of the claims, medical case management and information technology departments of the company. Duties included hiring, annual reviews, development of short and long term plans (financial and operational) for the company. Supervised multiple projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsible for general ledger reporting of $140 million international company. Reporting included monthly consolidation of USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil and Chile for management reporting, annual tax package preparation and semiannual package for external auditors. Reported to the Controller and VP Finance.

Responsible for supervising Staff and Senior Auditors on engagements of manufacturing, construction, insurance, governmental, not-for-profit, banking and school board audits. Duties included proposals on new jobs, client billing, staff scheduling and work assignments, participation in staff evaluation and review, and corporate/partnership income tax preparation. Experience also includes performance of financial statement reviews and compilations, preparation of adjusting and closing entries, and individual federal, state, and local income tax returns. Promoted from Senior Auditor to Audit Supervisor June 1999
