Supervise operations of Growing Roots northern division.

Respond to all sales inquiries, in Ventura County and northern Los Angeles County, with onsite assessments for both residential and commercial prospective clients.Design floor-plan for new and existing clients: Select appropriate varieties, sizes, shapes, and textures of plants and decorative containers according to client preferences; and, consider site conditions, as they pertain to plant viability. Plan, direct, and implement plant installations for new and existing clients.Perform quality control assessments on newly aquired accounts; identify solutions, strategize and execute resolutory plan.Service interior plant installations of up to 50 accounts on a bi-weekly cycle: water, prune, stake, fertilize, etc.

Design, install, and maintain interior plant-scapes.

Provide operational and administrative support at several farmers markets, ensure that all vendors adhere to current health- department rules and regulations, serve as point-person for all vendors.

Time management, market stall management, coordinate breaks of up to seven individuals, direct and implement merchandising and orientation of market stall, train new employees, operate fork lift/pallet jack, drive box truck, place orders for rotating supply of product, direct setup and breakdown of sales stall.

Knowledge of technical products, customer service: ability to identify customer needs and determine appropriate product, sales, restock/back-stock.

Instruct up to three individuals with developmental disabilities on aspects of independent living (i.e. Cooking, cleaning, finance management, access to community resources, etc.), promote self-advocacy, identify community service opportunities, facilitate planning of fundraising events. Received regular training in field-relevant skills.
