I have the ability to handle multiple projects at any given time and I pride myself in finishing my projects on time and under budget . I have managed the construction on Industrial & Distribution Centers, Big Box Retail, large shopping centers, concrete tilt-wall projects, tenant finish outs, commercial retail, restaurant & small healthcare facilities. My responsibilities have ranged from Site Surveys with Architects, managing the design/build process with local Architects, red-lining plans, developing costing budgets and value engineering, holding pre-construction meetings as well as overseeing the entire construction process from bidding the project, identifying subcontractors, writing and negotiating contracts, site safety visits to closeout documents and handling any warranty issues after the construction has been completed.
