As a Benefits Planner, I support, educate, and advise elder law attorneys through the Medicaid eligibility process. Utilizing Medicaid Compliant Annuities, along with a variety of other comprehensive plans we can accelerate their client's Medicaid Eligibility.

I was responsible for actively recruiting drivers from numerous job boards. I addressed questions regarding pay, benefits, and current employment opportunities. I helped analyze existing operations and provide recommendations to improve workflow and optimize candidate selection.

I was responsible for hiring and scheduling of all employees. I oversaw all Billing and Customer Service Departments and managed a team of 30 employees. I performed all duties necessary in the absence of the Operations Manger. Within this role, I managed the transition to a new call center, increased revenue by 15%, and was responsible for all call center metrics delivered to the owners.

I was responsible for lawn care, light maintenance around the facility, line renumbering and flagging, some filing and paperwork. I also was responsible for setting up for the Member Appreciation Picnic, this included supervising student workers that came in to help out.

I was responsible for the safety and well being of 350 college students. I created floor activities, within a budget, to help cultivate a positive environment. I was also part of an on-call response team for over 1000 students.
