The project scope was design and build working with Atkins as the lead consultant for a combination of villas and townhouses. Each structure took an average of 26 days to erect using a lean footing consuming 80% less concrete and 50% more energy efficient than conventional buildings.• Secured contracts with some of the largest global companies including Shell, PDO, Schlumberger, Deloitte, Oxy, Bechtel, Ministry of Transport Oman and the State General Reserve Fund Oman.
