As Operations Manager, I'm responsible for ensuring that every tour and adventure that EverGreen Escapes send out the door is prepared to deliver a quality product, from itinerary development to logistics. I manage inventory, timelines, special projects, and more. During my tenure, I have created systems and procedures that smoothed operations and reinvigorated our guides. Some highlights of my work are found below:-Designed multiple large group and private tours of Mt. Rainier, from preparation to client pickup to afternoon wine on the mountain, that resulted in high client satisfaction.-Managed complete inventory (from food to vehicles and more) for a tour operator throughout high season.-Enhanced sustainability of EverGreen Escapes through establishing greater connections with local partners.-Designed itineraries for private escapes in Olympic National Park, North Cascades National Park, and other areas in the Pacific Northwest.-Authored posts on sustainability and adventure on EverGreen Escapes blog.
