I drafted various estate planning documents including trusts, wills, medical and financial powers of attorney, and other documents as required by client's estate plans. Additionally, I partnered with the firm's probate paralegal to draft and file probate, conservatorship, and guardianship documents with courts as well as track those proceedings within the court system.

I reviewed contracts, state laws, and local laws for provisions regarding labor, employment, pay, and procurement standards. I also wrote response letters to Freedom of Information Act Requests under various states' laws in addition to case law and federal funding research.

While working as a Business Technology Consultant, I cultivated new relationships with business leaders in the Boulder, CO area, along with working to maintain and grow established relationships.

I began my work with Intramural Sports as a Referee and Scorekeeper for indoor/outdoor soccer, flag football, basketball, ultimate frisbee, and broom ball. I used my communication skills to form a relationship with participants and to ensure a smooth and safe playing environment. Upon my return from my semester abroad, I was promoted to Supervisor for Intramural Sports. In this position, I reviewed the performance of the referees, handled emergency situations ranging from injuries to fights, ensured proper protocol was being followed by all employees, and provided feedback to my boss on the state of intramural and the performances of the employees.

I supervised a hall of first-year students and worked to create a community that was safe and healthy for all students built upon HRE values. As an RA, I worked to assist residents in my hall, and the larger building, in matters ranging from academic struggles to personal issues to how to best take advantage of the college experience. While working as a Full Time Summer Resident Assistant, my duties expanded to include building management, fielding calls and questions from prospective students and their parents, and working with the professional staffs in Housing and Residential Education and Student Life in their interactions with the DU community.
