Updated and implemented multiple aspects of the data management procedures, including new KPIs. Developed and implemented Employee retention and feedback system.

POSITION: Senior Manager responsible for developing information, analysis, guidance and recommendations on strategic and near-term organizational objectives. Coordinate input from staff and subordinate leaders for the chief executive.SUMMARY: Led a team of 98 with oversight of project management, policy, HR and logistics. Managed a $15 million execution budget, $350 million in physical property and associated performance schedule. Designed, developed, and implemented new organizational data management strategy to support chief executive and end-user requirements.

POSITION: Develop plans and procedures, and coordinate preparations for the operational employment of Army National Guard personnel and military resources. Provides oversight to the organization in the areas of supply, maintenance, transportation, and field services. The primary integrator for all support activities executing sustainment operations for the entire organization. Develops logistic plans to support all organizational operations. Coordinates with supporting sustainment elements on current and future support requirements and capabilities. Coordinates for all classes of supply. Recommends sustainment priorities and controlled supply rates to the commander.
