Significant focus on concrete, mechanical, structural, piping, electrical and PLC.

Client - Glencore CSAProject Engineer (Mechanical), Projects (Execution Phase):• Grinding Circuit Upgrade - Removal and replacement of two (2) SAG Mills, new Sx and Tx.• Ventilation Project - Removal and replacement of two (2) sets of two (2) return air vent fans, complete with one (1) HV and two (2) LV switchrooms, transformers and associated construction activities (earthworks, concrete, SMP and E&IC)• Cooling Project - New fresh air raise and permanent 134a cooling plant incl. HV and LV infrastructure. • Shaft 2 Steelwork Remediation - Winder shaft steelwork and loading station chute work replacement• Rougher Bank 1 Replacement - Demolition of existing and installation of new five (5) cell flotation bank.

Successful delivery of a site wide $75M Expansion project to increase production by 15%. I was the lead project engineer accountable for execution of the largely green field Secondary Crushing facility (~$40M), including a screen building with 36m2 screen, crushing building with two cone crushers, two belt feeders and two 200t surge bins, three new conveyors, extension and modification of existing site conveyors, overhead cranes, dust scrubbers and the installation of two transformers and a 34m switch room.Successful delivery of a curved transfer conveyor (Second tightest in the world) was also executed.Successful completion of a ~$60M phase 2 Expansion feasibility study, inclusive of a new 6.6MW ball mill, cylones, pumps and associated Civil, SMP and E&IC infrastructure.

Successful delivery of a $12M brownfield capital project within the baseline budget and schedule.
