I began my leadership career as the youngest supervisor promoted at the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office. I was a supervisor over patrol, and eventually maintained my rank in assignments to include VICE, Narcotics, DEA Task Force, Organized Crime Drug Task Force and the Special Interdiction Squad. Parallel to those assignments, I rose to the rank of SWAT team leader, which was my position when I took an early retirement in 2007.I then spent the next few years working for various companies, as a private military contractor in the Middle East.Upon return to the US, I began my career in manufacturing. I began as a material handler at Port City Metals. While there, I worked my way up to CNC laser operator, and eventually night shift lead. I continued to work in a leadership capacity for Ozark Steel, John Zink and Zeeco. While at Zeeco, I was promoted to PIC (Person In Charge, essentially a lead position) and later Manufacturing Lead (which is essentially a supervisor role).I left that position for my current role as a Production Supervision Specialist with Baker Hughes.
