Current• Managing multiple Complex projects simultaneously while ensuring they stay on-time, and within budget.• Leading a team of Project Managers, Technical Writers, and Engineers • Creating, and executing complex, multi-faceted project work plans, and revise as appropriate to meet the changing needs of the project.• Managing the overall scope of the project to endure on-time completion, and budget requirements are achieved• Managing the day-to-day operational aspects of the projects, and development of project requirements, while limiting scope change.• Present weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly accomplishments to executive level leadership.• Utilize risk-management techniques to address problems by presenting solutions, and ensuring effective implementation of changes.• Developing, and creating innovative solutions to help streamline projects from start to finish while limiting roadblocks.• Promoting, the relationships between client, and stakeholders• Establish, and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
