* Supervise a team of 3-5 Purchasing Agents/Regional Purchasing Agents in their primary responsibilities of cost and budget development, including production of WO & POs for residential home construction projects for a premiere On-Your-Lot builder based in Vancouver, WA and spanning 4 states - Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Arizona.* Supervise a team of 3-5 Purchasing Agents/Regional Purchasing Agents and support staff in our collective efforts to source, negotiate and contract with trade partners and vendors across 4 states (ensuring adherence to stringent contract and insurance requirements) in support of construction of 500+ units, with a demonstrated focus and ability towards cost development and management* Successfully lead Purchasing efforts in new Market Expansion/Development in Arizona territory with primary responsibility for cost development and projections, as well as vendor and trade relations development, ensuring profitability of residential construction projects across a vast and varied build territory. This endeavor required research and mastery of an alternate build methodology and development of Trade Scopes of Work to support Adair's build model while ensuring recognition of market standards and norms of practice and adherence to varied building codes.

* Played key role in development and implementation of new role of Regional Purchasing Agent, serving as Adair's first RPA with the intent of having in-market presence and command of market norms and standards of construction practice and associated costs* Responsible for development of project budgets and production of associated WOs and POs that ensure profitability for residential construction projects spanning the Puget Sound territory in Washington as well as Arizona State* Successfully developed a Subcontractor and Vendor trade base capable of supporting construction activity for on-your-lot builds with a focus both on quality of construction as well as cost management

* Supervised a team of estimators to ensure timely, complete and accurate bid proposal packages of engineered architectural wood ceiling products for national and international project applications.* Developed and delivered a standardized training protocol that resulted in reduction of required staffing

* Completed Architectural Specification & Plan Set reviews to determine applicable scope of work and appropriate product solutions.* Estimated project costs based on current and applicable costs of materials, manufacturing, delivery and labor* Developed project bid proposals communicating project scope, applicable product data/specs, cost estimates and contract terms

* Supervised and supported a department of 8-20 Enrollment and Billing Service Specialist* Responsible for all membership enrollment, premium billing/receivables (including collections) and account reconciliation activities* Responsible for ensuring adherence to policy and procedure and extensive federal, state & industry regulation* Served as Team Lead for development and implementation of Premium Reconciliation Module* Served as Lead Project Team member on multiple Claims Adjudication Operating System conversions
