As an Account Executive, I help transform the local business landscape, impacting the success of business owners by driving traffic to their doors. I focus on developing holistic media plans to effectively cultivate new business and manage their brand online, including but not limited to the following media solutions: SEM, SEO, listings management, website design, mobile advertising, direct mail, print targeted campaigns, etc. I am responsible for managing company provided business accounts and develop new business accounts. I utilize online and offline sources to cultivate new leads and develop/maintain my pipeline. In this position, I drive the full sales cycle to retain and attain new business: make introductory calls to assess business goals through qualifying, work with business owners in YP's platforms and advertising packages, and close the deal. I achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals.

At Virginia College, I admit students into our degree programs. I place them in the major that best suits their skills, and I help construct a plan that leads to a successful career. As an admission advisor, I am the first point of contact for our students, and I gather their student concept on what they are looking to study and achieve. I make sure that all of our students have the necessary requirements to gain admissions into Virginia College, and I make sure that they have the necessary funding to be able to afford completing their desired degree program. I introduce them to all of the different academic departments they will be working with, and maintain a strong relationships with each student through graduation.

I was the Director of the North Alabama Region for the Property Preservation Division of Swenson Construction. In this position, I was in charge of the procurement and maintenance of all commercial and residential properties held by Wells Fargo, Regions Bank, and First American Bank under the contract of First American Field Services. I was in charge of over 40 employees, as well as negotiating property management and maintenance deals with various companies. I maintained an extrodinary compliance percentage that often led the company nationwide, and fostered strong business relationships throughout Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, and Florida.

I was in charge of the study table and tutor program for the Auburn University Athletic Department. I was also an assistant to the director of compliance. While in the position of Study Table Coordinator, I was in charge of a staff of 20 employees ranging from academic coordinators, tutors, administrative assistants, and the information technology department. I was charged with overseeing a budget to hire a strong staff and develop a program geared towards the academic success of all the student athletes at Auburn University. As the Compliance Coordinator, I reported directly to the Athletic Director of Compliance at Auburn University. As the coordinator, I was responsible that all athletic teams associated with Auburn University upheld all NCAA regulations and bylaws with integrity. I met regularly with head coaches, athletes, and top department personnel to ensure all NCAA rules were being upheld at all times.
