Travis, a Professional Wetland Scientist and Certified Senior Ecologist, has 15 years of experience, and an excellent history, in completing NEPA reviews, environmental assessments, wetland and stream delineations, wetland and stream restoration, biological field studies, and GIS/GPS management. As a task manager he provides expertise in support of the federal, state and local regulatory requirements for energy, development, and transportation projects. His involvement on such projects spans from the site selection and feasibility analysis phases, through construction, and into post-construction monitoring. His work has spread throughout the mid-Atlantic region and into Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, Ohio, and South Carolina. Mr. Comer’s experience also extends into waste surveys and management with hazardous waste and safety training including 40-hour HAZWOPER.
