-Assist Project Manager(s) and Superintendent with on site coordination and overall project planning for various types and size projects from negotiated design build projects to design bid build up to $40 million.-Review/execution of plans, specification, specific project requirements-Document control including RFI's, Submittals, ASI's/Field Instructions, Inspections, coordinating and documenting meetings and closeout documents-Cost Analysis including estimating, review bids, executing subcontracts and change orders, maintaining and tracking of costs throughout projects.-Assist in establishing and excecuting/maintaining project schedules -

- Assist Project Managers on estimating commercial projects including everything from basic tenant improvements to new ground up construction.- Projects range from design-build, negotiated to competitive bid throughout the country.- Project experience with non-union, union and prevailing wage projects.- Responsible to know complete plan sets and qualify all trades necessary to complete a project.- Responsible for communicating and defining scopes for subcontractors.- Responsible for identifying possible design, site and coordination problems.- Provide complete breakdowns for all trades.- Responsible for directly communicating bidding documents, pre -construction information and contract negotiations with owners and architects.

12 week intern, duties included:-Working directly under a project manager assisting with proposals in the sales department.-Worked directly with and managed subcontractors and their RFP’s and RFQ’s for various projects.-Responsible for takeoffs on multiple portions of project estimates.-Involved with piecing together estimates for design-build as well as low bid projects.

General Laborer on-site and in the shop for a tower erecting general contractor. Duties directed under the supervision of a foreman included:-Excavation, formwork, reinforcement and concrete placement for foundations and slabs-Steel erection-Framing, Electrical wiring, sheetrock-General clean-up-Assist with the material and equipment procurement

o Under the direction for the site superintendent, supported on-site activities for an approximate $10 million commercial club house. Duties included: -Process/facilitate RFI’s and Submittals -Maintained daily jobsite logs -Coordination of subcontractors -Supervision of day laborers -Coordination of weekly safety meetings
