Managed Collections and QA vendors servicing FNMA, FHA, USDA, GINNIE, VA, and bank owned loans in compliance with Investor guidelines and applicable Federal and State regulations. Worked annually with various internal stakeholders to ensure all policies, procedures and training material maintain compliance with applicable Federal and State guidelines and HUD servicing guidelines.
