Oversaw daily operations and work flow to support the Executive Offices for Alta Colleges Inc. Conducted orientation with all new hires including paperwork, agreements, security and ergonomic training for the Human Resources Department. Collaborated with Finance department for Facilities budget review and forecasting. Aided Information Technologies Department to control security access, telephone, employee separations and new hire setup. Organized all incoming and outgoing correspondence. Maintained full oversight of the copy rooms, kitchens, supply rooms and conference rooms. Coordinated repairs, fire drills, inspections and all other facilities-related needs with appropriate vendors. Supported Executives and their assistants in special projects for the College.
