Automation Platform Development Engineer
CurrentResponsible for coordinating and executing the automation strategy for laboratory sciences. Identify business opportunities in which laboratory automation will increase productivity of the project. Develop multiple complex liquid handling robotics systems that automate repetitive laboratory tasks where automation can drive quality, efficiency and/or throughput. Oversee and maintain project management and daily scheduling of automated instrumentation and 12 laboratory technicians in bioanalysis and biomarker fields within a production environment.Key Accomplishments:1. Led project to develop and validate fully automated bioanalysis ELISA for the detection of Generic Human Ig in both serum and plasma matrix using the Hamilton Microlab STARlet liquid handling workstation.2. Led project to develop and implement automated workflow for the creation of bioanalysis stock preparations to include all validation parameters (selectivity, dilution integrity, dilution linearity, precision and accuracy).
