Leading and developing over 2,000 Marines and Sailors at the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) is my current responsibility as a Senior Enlisted Leader. Since July 2020, I have been fostering a culture of excellence, integrity, and service within the 11th MEU, ensuring the welfare, morale, discipline, and professional development of my team. I have over 30 years of experience in the Marine Corps, where I have demonstrated leadership, teamwork, resilience, and adaptability in various missions and environments. I have also earned an Associate of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Arizona State University, and a certification as a Resilience-Building Leadership Professional Trainer from the Resilience-Building Leader Program. I am passionate about developing and empowering the next generation of leaders, and applying my skills and knowledge to support the 11th MEU's readiness and operational success.
