I have the privilege's of working with a good group of men in a close environment. This has been a great adventure ,working with the melt shop production and maintenance personal . We work on different projects and do anything needed to ensure safe and productive operations .

Analyzes the failures of the equipment. Troubleshoot all maintenance finding .Track trends of the equipment performance. I work with other t.s.’s from other lines ,in the event that the issues I see may be developing across other areas of the mill. We compare issues with the other lines and work with the other specialist the resolve future issues. I am responsible for reviewing drawing coming up with solutions of the equipment and making modification of the equipment .Develop and review p.m. procedures and revise as needed .Develop proposals for capital projects , compose and give technical descriptions for the mill and also the mechanics in the field . I work with the mechanics to ensure jobs are performed in a timely manner . Gather information from other mechanics /technicians and collaborate with them on their findings. Our goal is to eliminate any and all unnecessary down turns in the equipment.

To repair any and all problems with the trucks or the concrete plant and the crusher as needed or required .Job duties array from rewiring equipment, welding trouble shooting issues, dealing with drivers complaints or production issues with process.

Monitor operations including electrical and 3 phase power PLC 24 volt system, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, air over systems and fabricating to ensure production goals are being met.

Repair and maintain cranes throughout a substantial 20 state territory providing all call service. I worked directly with multiple customers and relayed troubleshooting findings to the shop office communicating issues that were being repaired according to company policy to ensure safety and productive environment.

I started as an industrial road mechanic promoted to service manager and assisted as the branch manager role for 9 months. I worked as a road mechanic on crew supply boats to repair and maintain industrial equipment such as fire pumps, excavators, etc. Dispatched on 24/hr. on call duty by helicopter to oil rigs under time sensitive schedule to make repairs as needed on motors, gearboxes, engines, minor generators repairs. Promoted to service manager customer service, price quotes, and timeframe of repairs, resolve customer concerns, supervision of 30 staff, resolve issues as they arose with customers, technicians and service calls when needed. 9 months temporary assignment as branch manager to ensure production goals were met, worked directly with CEO on projects, resolving issues and expanding business clientele.

I was the manager for Ocean Springs Mississippi , and the Theodore Alabama locations during the time frame i was employed .i was responsible for the equipment and the technicians and the parts inventory we kept on hand in both locations . I worked directly with branch manager only a daily basis even if we where in different locations .The branch was finally closed after being sold to NES and i was transferred to their location for a period of time .
