Led the engineering and project management for planning and construction for new lease sites. Provided leadership for establishing new corporate officing standards, corporate headquarters re-officing, and establishing a "common look and feel" in our new IT site and Customer Service Centers. Additional responsibilities include lease administration, lease payments (scheduling and approvals up to $375k per invoice), Treasury payments back-up, and capital planning & executive presentations for capital project approvals.

This included coordination of St Onge consultant study at Aviall, implementation of new business cost planning for operations, green belt projects, and implementation of a new warehouse shipping performance metrics that were visibile to the entire organization.

Worked on several continuous improvment projects including a major overhaul of the GM PDC in Mexico.Also worked on a 1 million sq ft facility for "charity" warehouse in Detroit.

Lead engineer to build the largest distribution center at the time in China under 1 roof. This included the design, supplier selection, and implementation of all racking, bins and mobile equipment (both powered and unpowered). Also worked on continuous improvment projects at two existing sites and planned for other future sites.
