My responsibilities are mostly sales support for multiple Loan Officers. Organize documentation, proof files and disclose loans. Request items such as title, insurance, appraisal, letters of explanation, tax transcripts, verifications of employment, etc. Once these items are received, check in to make sure they are accurate or see if any information needs to be updated or shared. Add these documents to the files. Communicate between the Loan Officer, Processor and borrower to assure the experience is as simple and painless as can be for the customer.

Develop and adapt recruiting strategies and objectives based on company needs. Communicate with department managers on current needs as well as long term potential needs. Utilize multiple resource channels to research potential candidates. Review, interview and process candidates. Adhere to personal data and privacy regulations. Assist potential borrower on a residential loan in determining the proper loan program, completing the loan application and gathering the necessary paperwork, including pay stubs, tax returns and bank statements, to begin the loan process along with guiding them through each phase of the process.

Assists and works with potential borrowers wishing to take out a mortgage for the purchase or refinance of residential property. Gather necessary information to determine best program for each potential borrower and then walking the borrower through the lending process until closing the loan.

Distribution manager for 9 markets overseeing distribution of free publication magazines. Create and manage to budget for each market, direct driving force on delivery standards, audit locations, enhance existing locations, find new opportunities to display, improve leads with effective display and location selection. As an expense to the company, objective is to oversee distribution of magazines throughout each market controlling expenses while improving both print and online leads.

Operating partner of four franchise restaurants. Responsibilities were four fold. After formation of partnership and selection of franchise opportunity, responsible for site locations, evaluation and selection working with partners, realtors, potential landlords, franchise and attorneys in pursuit of mutually beneficial opportunities. The next area of responsibility was working directly with management on all new hires, training and development starting with creating company policy, training manuals and schedules. This also included working with management and the franchise developing pre-opening marketing strategies as well as setting the table for post opening marketing. My main objective involving pre-opening marketing was creating as much brand awareness as possible. Lastly, upon opening of each business, I worked directly as a liaison between ownership and store management as well as franchise sharing ownership direction and facilitating carrying out of goals. Met at least once a week with store general managers focusing on p/l analysis, marketing initiatives as well as staffing concerns. Worked to develop all local store marketing directives as well as spearheading community involvement.
