I am a Full Stack Web Developer and retired US Marine that specializes in front end development and everything that goes with it. I learn quickly through self motivation, initiative, and practice to solve any problem that I come across, whether that be alone or in a group. I am curious to expand my current knowledge and implement cutting edge technologies to improve the user experience. As a full stack developer, I am skilled in both the front end (HTML, CSS, JS, React) and back end (Python, C#, Django REST, ASP .NET, MySQL,) . I take pride in my code and continuously look for new ways to make it better, whether that be from integrating a new technology or collaborative problem solving. I often find that teamwork sparks the innovation needed for a successful program.Mission accomplishment is a Marine’s top priority. As a Marine, I progressed through the ranks to team/squad leadership positions and was selected to serve in the Honor Guard. Through these experiences I developed the focus, determination, and leadership skills to overcome any obstacle and achieve my identified goals. I learned the importance of accountability and the ways to motivate myself as well as my team. I learned that, as a leader, you succeed and fail with your team, standing with your team is as important as standing up for your team, and proper time management makes all of the difference, including the need to take a break when necessary.
