As Director of Product Operations, my main focus is to create efficiencies and processes to streamline all Anovaa LOS onboarding, client configuration, launch, and support needs. Focus Areas Include:Defined agile scrum flow and process for entire Product Operations silo creating JIRA projects, screens, as well as templatized, client agnostic launch procedures, artifacts, and documentationAccountable for all client onboarding, configuration, launch, and support onto Anovaa LOS platformDrove down onboarding timeline from 90 days to 35 days (62% decrease in time to launch client) while partnering with engineering team to simplify configuration needs and tenant environmentsResponsible for continuing growth across client, internal operational, and product spaces through feature intake, client feedback, and customer experience analyticsFacilitated new build process measures, release strategies to expedite product operations team daily tasks and client requestsMaintained product operations roadmap and provided weekly reporting and metrics to leadershipWorked directly with Technology Director and Chief Product Officer to drive product innovation and customer experienceI look to motivate and inspire the team to be the best that they can be. As Head of Engineering, my main responsibility was to ensure the success of the Anovaa Product Delivery team. Our team spearheads all platform development across each area of the loan origination process. This includes loan submissions (Consumer Lending, Student Lending), credit engines, policy management, various verification protocols, fraud prevention, integrations with schools, disbursement agents, servicers, maintaining compliance across generated disclosures, user management and SSO, business process management, automated workflows, IVR, and more. We are solely responsible for end to end product and feature development. This consists of business analysis, requirements gathering, epic and user story generation, planning and estimation of efforts, timelines, implementation, testing, and release of software. Responsibilities Included:Direct management of various team member roles and levels of experience (jr to sr).Strategic project management utilizing JIRA for project health, trends, reporting, team member time tracking, etc.Collaboration with parallel Anovaa teams including DevOps, Client Delivery to optimize efforts together, maintain commitments, and achieve company goals. Work with key stakeholders on prioritization of new product deliverables including third party integrations, feature enhancements, and future growth initiativesProvide clear, concise feedback and updates to Anovaa Leadership Facilitating and supporting technical oversight into Anovaa product developmentModerate all ceremonies for our team consisting of standups, planning sessions, reviews, retrospectives, etc.Support and provide all Anovaa sales demonstrations to potential partners
