1. Prior to entering the brokerage business in 1986, I managed private clubs for 20 years. I gathered many awards for my culinary skills and my ability to develop staffs, and won the high praise of the membership. I made the decision; because of a growing family and the number of hours required to maintain the excellence I expected from myself; to change occupations.2. After 15 successful years in the brokerage business, I again found myself needing to put the needs of my family first in order to care for family relatives. I opened my own catering business because of my love for the food business and the ability to have more flexible hours.3. Following the death of my parents (for whom I had cared) I decided it was time for a new chapter in my life and was offered the position at Foody’s Gourmet by my son-in-law and his brother. Because of the family dynamics and not wanting to cause problems I left this position in May 2013.4. I secured a position with a franchise of Panera Bread (The Cain Holding Group) and for nine months worked many extra hours and met every goal put before me. Due to a negative work environment (many before me had also left this company) I left in July 2014.I am a very dedicated employee who is not afraid to work hard and achieve every goal I am given. I have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and have a unique ability to get co-workers and managers to work with me to develop an outstanding team. I am also known as the person who wins the hearts of customers and builds loyalty and repeat business and referrals.
