•Meet all requirements of LIHTC and TDHCA compliance programs and prepare reports for recurring submission•Maintain and protect property’s compliance files acting in accordance with Fair Housing rules and regulations•Process and facilitate leasing, renewal, and eligibility paperwork abiding by affordable housing guidelines•Calculate, compute, and record numerical data by imputing rent collection and check processing functions•Perform supervisory responsibilities, maximize workplace productivity, and enhance residential satisfaction

•Manage all aspects of resident care, community relations, life and dietary enrichment, and facility maintenance•Direct the hiring, training, and supervision of personnel, and ensure regulatory and safety standards•Maintain required licensing and compliance documents for periodic state surveys and inspections•Analyze financial statements, prepare variance reports, and assist with company budget development•Delegate tasks and guide employees, evaluate performance, and address and resolve workplace conflict

•Create and execute strategic marketing plans, produce external growth, and generate qualified leads•Field inquiry calls, conduct facility tours, and maintain a consistent high-occupancy census•Coordinate admissions process and professionally convey policies and procedures to residential parties

•Administer prescribed medications, ethically manage medical records, and assess and report patient status•Identify the changing needs of the geriatric population and provide assistance with activities of daily living•Contribute to the development and implementation of new aging programs, initiatives, and services

•Facilitate vendor purchases, process shipments, and authorize customer returns and redistributions•Perform safety audits and ensure distribution center integrity through quality assurance efforts
