Array Design:- Design PCB arrays to maximize production efficiency from Gerber or ODB++ files.- Create revision-controlled dimensional array drawings using AutoCad.DFM/DFA:- Evaluate common DFM issues at the quote stage to predict and prevent manufacturing issues.- This evaluation results in a report sent to the customer to negotiate design changes vs. cost increases and internal report of action items to prepare for mitigation of known design issues.Quote:- Scrub BOM for Point of Use assignments.- Evaluate component design with PCBA requirements to identify conflicts.- Estimate build times required to establish product labor standards.Lessons Learned Review:- Document production issues experienced during NPI and Pilot builds.- Assist in research, escalation, and technical review of these issues for real-time resolution.- Prepare post-build reports for product performance evaluation.- Lead presentation to Program and Senior team of each NPI and Pilot build to serve as a phase gate for controlled product release to Production.- Issue and resolve action items as needed to advance product phase.Report Building:- Learned to perform SQL queries, using datasets in SSRS to create and maintain product performance reports.
