Primary Responsibilities:Responsible for managing multiple product development projects within the constraints of scope, time and cost, to ensure new designs are released in a timely manner according to customer and product lifecycle demands. Project types will include but are not limited to Fusion, Fintube, Contract and SSC sheet metal product development. Follow the New Product Development & Launch Process, and customize its use for each unique project. Support engineering personnel during the conceptual design, design and prototype phases by performing product research, sourcing suppliers, ordering parts, etc. Facilitate handoff of new product designs to Production, Sales and Marketing teams. Ensure consistent communication between Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Planning and Production teams. Coordinate and monitor product lifecycles. Work with domestic and foreign industry authorities to gain acceptance and approval of new products into the marketplace. Secondary Responsibilities:Interface with all other departments to support product development and production. Interface with customers and vendors as required to support development projects. Handle sales and quote preparation for Contract products. Provide post-sale customer service to customers as required. Ensure customers are invoiced at proper intervals during Contract product development projects.

•Responsible and accountable for the coordinated management of multiple related projects, resources, and work flow. •Build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with management at multiple levels within end users organizations •Define and initiate projects, to control cost, schedule, and performance of internal resources, while working to ensure the ultimate success and timely completion of proejcts. •Maintain continuous alignment of program scope with strategic project objectives, and make recommendations to modify proejcts to enhance effectiveness of workflow. •Coach, mentor and lead personnel within a technical team environment.
