• The Republic Midstream asset was acquired by Nuevo Midstream Dos, who contracted ASL (Allocation Specialists, Ltd) to handle scheduling, settlement, and invoicing. I accepted a position at ASL, and my duties below will.
• Responsible for all scheduling functions on the Republic Midstream Gathering system including (but not limited to) generating pump schedules, confirming nominations, volumetrically balancing shippers’ receipts vs.
• Responsible for volume reconciliation, settlement (physical and financial), and invoice generation
• Primary scheduler for marketing transport of marketing volumes on Kinder Morgan Crude and Condensate Pipeline
• Responsible for aggregation and reconciliation of any/all volumetric data
• Responsible for reconciliation of price data for marketing for 3rd party invoicing

• Responsible for completion/submission of all crude volume-related government reporting (EIA, RRC T1)

• Responsible for confirmations and scheduling duties around Nextera’s (previously NET) natural gas inter and intrastate pipeline in Texas, including Eagle Ford Midstream, NET Mexico, Monument, LaSalle, Mission Valley.
• Primary scheduler for Florida Southeast Connection interstate pipeline supplying gas to FPL’s gas fired power generation plants in Florida
• Assisted in testing and implementation of proprietary scheduling software for FSC as well as transitioning the existing NET assets from Quicknom.
• After hours and weekend call, including interface across the border with Pemex and Cenagas

Houston, Texas Area

• Project Coordinator responsible for liaising with Quorum Business Solutions to adapt Quorum’s TIPS software for liquid pipeline scheduling and invoicing
• Confirm nominations, balancing gathering system against downstream pipes, assist customers in system related activities
• Sole responsible party for all functions related to close, including settlements, invoice generation, and reconciliation with measurement
• Sole responsibility for scheduling pipeline and truck volumes in and out of American Midstream’s Longview Gas Plant (NGLs)
• Completion/submission of all crude-related government reporting (EIA, RRC T1, NDIC form 4, form 8)

• Responsible for deliveries to 3 power plants in Texas as well as commercial activity in Texas and the Southeast, commercial activity on several Northeast pipes
• Nominate and confirm gas from supply area(s) to delivery meter(s) on the following pipelines, storage facilities, and hubs: Enterprise Tx, NGPL, Kinder Morgan TEJAS, KMTP, Sabine, Henry Hub, Oasis Katy, Enstor, FGT.
• Responsible for nominations and tracking inventories for over 4.5 bcf of storage in Texas
• Transportation noms, Volume balancing, book balancing, and deal entry using Allegro 6, ENDUR G-motion, Apollo (Hess Marketing proprietary software)
• Tracking and maintenance of burn data, storage balances, interruptible balancing, and operations spreadsheets
• Interact with traders to maximize utilization of capacity while minimizing costs

• Nominate and confirm wellhead gas on the following pipelines: TETCO, Transco, HIOS, Black Marlin, DIGS, Gulf South, and Northern Natural Gas
• Work as part of a team consisting of Gas Control, Gas Marketing, Contract Administration and Accounting to develop integrated systems for tracking gas sales and associated allocated volumes
• Assisting marketing group/traders in many areas including constraint, production issues, discrepancies, and transport pricing
• Assist accounting by providing pipeline support and resolving discrepancies
• Work with take-in-kind producers to avoid imbalance while meeting entitlements
• Foster relationships with producers, markets, pipelines, field personnel
