Founded the organization in 2006 which grew from 36 athletes in its first-season to an enrollment of 264 at its peak. Managed all aspects of corporate operations including budgeting, hiring, marketing, communications, planning, capital fundraising and equipment acquisition. Coordinated all aspects of day to day programming while coaching 2-3 sessions a day, 5-7 days per week.Key Highlights• Developed and oversaw programming that introduced over 2000 athletes to the sport in 12 years and generated $4 million in revenue• Regatta Director and Founder for the Head of the Merrimack, Merrimack Chase, and Methuen City Sprints Regatta(s). Coordinated all aspects of planning and execution for over 20 annual events• Responsible for the hiring and oversight of over 40 employees across 12 years• Raised over $250,000 from private donations in three months to purchase a permanent launch site and training facility on the Merrimack River• Developed and maintained professional relationships with vendors resulting in the purchase of over $1.7 million in capital assets• Directed regular equipment rotation and sale of capital assets amounting to over $400,000• Wrote and/or edited dozens of press releases that have been published by every regional and local news outlet• Earned the respect of the collegiate coaching community by consistently producing well trained, thoughtful athletes that are prepared both physically and psychologically to continue successful rowing careers into their undergraduate years• Coached three crews to Club and Youth National Championship titles along with over a dozen 2nd and 3rd place finishes at the same events

Methuen, Ma

Formed a partnership between Essex Rowing Club, Inc. and Methuen Public Schools to create a scholastic rowing program for middle and high school students grades 5 through 12.Key Highlights• Introduced over 300 athletes from the Methuen Public Schools to the sport over the course of 5 years.• Worked closely with the State Senator's office to earmark $160,000 in funding from the state budget to support the program.

Hired as the first full time coach for a new program with approximately 20 inexperienced athletes. Responsible for planning, marketing, and coaching all rowing programs. Within three months the program's roster boasted over 50 youth and adult athletes and had a secured a top finish in local competition.

Supported the senior coaching staff with on the water training and technical development. Worked primarily with lower boats while providing insight to the senior staff as requested.

Responsible for the recruitment and development of all first season female athletes.
