With over 10 years of experience in engineering and automation, I am currently the Automation Manager at Nissha Medical Technologies, a leading contract manufacturer of medical devices. I oversee the design, fabrication, and commissioning of custom automated machines and processes that meet the specific needs and requirements of our customers. I also coordinate with 3rd party machine integrators and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.As a leader, I empower a team of diverse engineers who work on internal automation projects and continuously improve our solutions. I also present new manufacturing concepts and machines to customers and capture new project opportunities. I have a strong background in both electrical and mechanical design, as well as software programming and validation. I am proficient in various technologies and tools, such as HMI / PLC programming, vision system design, machine integration, software design, SQL server programming, and 21 CFR Part 11 system integration. I am also well-versed in FDA / ISO compliance standards and design control for the medical industry.
