CurrentWoodbridge (Process/MCIS)(September 2020 - Present Day)Candidate works with engineers and helps with the overall process in a multitude of ways, primarily in operating the MCIS. Candidate must design and edit the master photos of the cavities. The robots then compare the new pictures to the master pictures. Without a Seventy percent match, parts are not made. Candidate must design master pictures in a way so that they meet customer criteria and edit master pictures in real time. Sometimes at a pace of one picture every three seconds. Candidate also helps process engineers to solve problems and investigate origins of problems, as well as, creating solutions for full production.Woodbridge (insert line)(June 2020 - September 2020)Candidate must work as a team with other workers on a moving assembly line. The "belt" moves at 45 feet per minute. Candidate must place components inside molds while they are moving as well as check and or fix components placed by other team members while belt is moving. Components placed incorrectly will cause the completed parts to be scrapped out. Being fast but also accurate is absolutely essential to this position.
