Woodbridge (Process/MCIS)(September 2020 - Present Day)Candidate works with engineers and helps with the overall process in a multitude of ways, primarily in operating the MCIS. Candidate must design and edit the master photos of the cavities. The robots then compare the new pictures to the master pictures. Without a Seventy percent match, parts are not made. Candidate must design master pictures in a way so that they meet customer criteria and edit master pictures in real time. Sometimes at a pace of one picture every three seconds. Candidate also helps process engineers to solve problems and investigate origins of problems, as well as, creating solutions for full production.Woodbridge (insert line)(June 2020 - September 2020)Candidate must work as a team with other workers on a moving assembly line. The "belt" moves at 45 feet per minute. Candidate must place components inside molds while they are moving as well as check and or fix components placed by other team members while belt is moving. Components placed incorrectly will cause the completed parts to be scrapped out. Being fast but also accurate is absolutely essential to this position.

Candidate performs metrology, calibrates, and has also worked in several departments at Cash Acme in P2 and P3 without supervision and now works operating the recoil machines in P2. Candidate has been cross trained to operate, calibrate, and fix machines in EvoPex as well as SharkBite in P3. Candidate has worked under Casey Self in Pex on third shift, Issac Eady in EvoPex on third shift, David on third shift in SharkBite, and Alan on second shift in SharkBite.

Clarksville, Tennessee Area

Candidate had to work without supervision and quickly, to get ahead and stay ahead of the crew so the crew was not at a stall for work. Candidate had to operate the forklift occasionally and was in charge of building, designing, and calibrating multiple systems including: the heating and cooling systems, window systems, feed systems, and water systems. All measurements as well as part assembly had to be accurate or the system would not function properly and could ultimately fail. Candidate also had to be able to properly explain and demonstrate use of systems to the owners of each farm.

Candidate had to work without supervision and was in charge metrology, and of monitoring the machine and robots, as well as managing and coordinating a crew of four operator assistants. Candidate had to polish the mold, perform maintenance on the machine and robots, and also had to calibrate and fix the machine, extruder, and robots when they stopped working or stopped working properly. Candidate had to ensure the quality of the parts being made was acceptable and had to test them to ensure they were in tolerance and up to specifications.Candidate had to cover the assistants breaks while performing his own tasks, train new assistants, and had to type reports in microsoft excel every night detailing performance and maintenance issues.
