With over eight years of experience in the employee benefits and diversity field, I am passionate about helping businesses create inclusive and supportive work environments for their employees. As an Employee Benefits Specialist at BERYL Benefit Group, Inc., I work with clients to design and implement customized benefit plans that meet their needs and budget. I also hold an Insurance Consultant certification from the North Carolina Department of Insurance, which enables me to provide expert advice and guidance on various insurance products and services. At the same time, I serve as an Agency Development Manager at Colonial Life, where I recruit, train, and mentor new agents, and promote the company's vision and values of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Additionally, I am involved in various community relations initiatives, such as being a board member of Muse Knoxville and OpenDoors of Asheville, two non-profit organizations that aim to inspire and empower children and families from diverse backgrounds. I have developed a range of skills and competencies, such as communication, negotiation, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving, that allow me to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues. My mission is to leverage my expertise and experience to help businesses and communities thrive and grow.
