Reporting directly to the Director of Urban and Maritime Waste divisions, providing project and research based support for operational and strategic management decision making and strategy alignment. Responsible for managing the review, evaluation, and bid decisions on waste management projects within Chile. Managing and assisting with project bid process (technical & economic proposals). Providing monthly cost control review across four company divisions (Collection, Transport, Disposal, and Maritime divisions). Tasked with the creation and review of 2015 - 2017 yearly Operational budgets for these four business lines. Assistance in Environmental Approval process for awarded projects in the Waste Management Industry. Leadership and management of Recycling Center Development Project within Sanitary Landfill to improve conditions of recyclers. Completed tasks include the sanitary permit applications and approvals process, management, planning and oversight of civil and electrical works, social organization of more than 90 base recyclers, negotiations of purchase agreements with local and national purchasers, as well as ongoing process management for continuous improvement. To date the Project has diverted over 250 Tons/month of recyclable materials from the landfill.

Greensboro/Winston-Salem, North Carolina Area

• Responsible for directing and managing all aspects of the domestic and international project cycle for pneumatic waste transport systems, including project assessment and initiation, estimating (scope, time and cost), budgeting, design, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, installation, and commissioning.• Manage multifaceted client relationships between primary and secondary project stakeholders focusing on aligning stakeholder expectations with project deliverables while communicating the right content at the right time to the right people.• Manage project procurement, logistics, and resources: schedule, suppliers, field teams, subcontractors, drawing packages, on-site coordination, installations, budget and change order management.• Facilitate project coordination with architects, engineers, general contractors and subcontractors on 3D Building Integration Management of construction projects.• New business development, including developing and delivering sales and marketing presentations to prospective clients.• Design and production of bid documents including system layout and budgetary pricing.• Manage creation and design of company sales and marketing package including brochures, presentation, business card, proposals, letterhead, etc. • Prepare and present project status reports directly to Company executives.• Design and deliver training programs for system operation and maintenance to engineers, management, and staff.• Assist in the design, upkeep, and continuous improvement of engineering department operational procedures
