Reporting directly to the Director of Urban and Maritime Waste divisions, providing project and research based support for operational and strategic management decision making and strategy alignment. Responsible for managing the review, evaluation, and bid decisions on waste management projects within Chile. Managing and assisting with project bid process.

Greensboro/Winston-Salem, North Carolina Area

• Responsible for directing and managing all aspects of the domestic and international project cycle for pneumatic waste transport systems, including project assessment and initiation, estimating (scope, time and cost).
• Manage multifaceted client relationships between primary and secondary project stakeholders focusing on aligning stakeholder expectations with project deliverables while communicating the right content at the right.
• Manage project procurement, logistics, and resources: schedule, suppliers, field teams, subcontractors, drawing packages, on-site coordination, installations, budget and change order management.
• Facilitate project coordination with architects, engineers, general contractors and subcontractors on 3D Building Integration Management of construction projects.
• New business development, including developing and delivering sales and marketing presentations to prospective clients.
• Design and production of bid documents including system layout and budgetary pricing.

Designed custom education goals for up to 20 students per semester. Provided language training in Spanish for speaking, writing and reading on all skill levels (beginner to advanced literature). Improved academic performance of student athletes through creative and thought provoking lesson plans and impromptu discussions.
